I have tried re-booting the laptop before running the Setup.exe file, I have tried shutting the laptop down completely, then booting up to run the Setup.exe file and I have tried to install the previous version of the software as well.Īny help in this area would be greatly apprecitated. Additionally, when I go to the above mentioned directory and try to run the Setup.exe file As Administrator directly, it does not begin the insallation routine either. When I run the file As Administrator, it unpacks itself in to c:\swsetup\sp77575 but does not auto-start the installation routine.
